the staff were remarkable, the room was budget, i enjoyed unbelievable location. gorgeous breakfast, top-notch service. pleasant view of mountain. restaurants and bars near to it. and it was walk from a train station. the downstairs bar in the hotel had lots of wonderful cocktails, wines and espresso throughout the day.

The hotel is high quality in fact. Lake Lucerne is so close to the property. We truly enjoyed the way our junior suite was. Besides, parking was available nearby. We would recommend this hotel.
